Role Summary:

As a Full Stack Developer, your primary responsibility will be to design and uphold web applications utilizing a range of technologies. You will collaborate closely with both front-end and back-end teams to guarantee the smooth integration and operational efficiency of our applications. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in both front-end and back-end development, particularly with a focus on React and C# .NET.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain web applications leveraging React for the front-end and C# .NET for the back-end.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to outline, design, and implement new features.
  • Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
  • Assist in maintaining code quality, organization, and automation.
  • Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development.
  • Expertise in React and C# .NET.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud architecture and containerization (AWS, Azure, Docker).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration/continuous deployment methodologies.
  • Experience with test-driven development and writing unit tests.
  • Solid SQL skills and experience in database design and management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional front-end frameworks such as Angular.
  • Knowledge of other back-end languages and frameworks.
  • Experience with Cypress or similar front-end testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Playwright or comparable tools.
  • Experience in generating synthetic data and writing insertion scripts for databases.

Work Environment:

This is a fully remote position with occasional travel for workshops, meetings, and team-building activities. We offer flexible working hours, primarily aligned with East Coast time.
