Chiropractic Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Chiropractic Care Specialist to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic. As a key member of our staff, you will work one-on-one with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
About the RoleAs a Chiropractic Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of your patients. You will work closely with patients to understand their health and wellness goals and develop effective treatment plans to help them achieve optimal health and wellness.
You will also be responsible for educating patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and providing ongoing support and guidance to help them stay on track with their treatment plans. With your expertise and patient-centered approach, you will play a vital role in helping us deliver exceptional patient care and improve quality of life through routine and affordable chiropractic care.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine-related conditions.
- Perform manual adjustments to the spine or other articulations of the body to correct musculoskeletal issues.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients based on their unique needs and goals.
- Communicate effectively with patients to educate them on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
- Valid DC license in Washington State.
- Fully eligible for malpractice insurance in Washington State.
We offer a competitive salary of $45/hour plus a monthly bonus of $1-$3 per adjustment (if performance metrics are met). Our full-time and part-time schedules offer flexibility to balance work and personal life, with opportunities to work in multiple locations across Renton, Bellevue, Bothell, and Lynnwood.
