Job Overview

LPC Personnel, Inc is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Representative to enhance our sales operations. The successful candidate will possess excellent typing and data entry abilities, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and outstanding customer service skills. While experience in the automotive dealership sector is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer sales inquiries with professionalism and product expertise.
  • Conduct outbound communications using various lead sources, including our website and CRM.
  • Schedule appointments and drive sales initiatives.
  • Welcome walk-in clients and evaluate their purchasing preferences and capabilities.
  • Guide customers in their buying decisions by showcasing key features and advantages of our vehicle inventory.
  • Assist clients in completing finance applications and ensure all documentation is accurate.
  • Leverage social media and CRM tools to follow up and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or administrative roles.
  • Basic understanding of vehicles and automotive dealerships is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service setting.
  • Sales experience in any field is beneficial.
  • Proficient typing and computer skills.
  • Strong telephone communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
