Automotive Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Service Manager to lead our service department. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire service operation, ensuring it runs smoothly and profitably. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of the automotive industry, and excellent communication skills.

- Customer retention and satisfaction
- Cost control and budget management
- Objective achievement and performance monitoring
- Maintenance of accurate service records
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge of the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Service Advisor, Service Management, or Independent Auto Repair Shop Management experience
We offer a competitive salary range of $80K - $120K plus bonus and profit sharing opportunities, depending on experience.
