Job Overview: FleetPride is a leading distributor of truck and trailer parts, operating over 300 locations in 46 states and carrying over 400 nationally-recognized brands. We are seeking an Automotive Aftermarket Sales Specialist to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by phone or in person, identifying customer needs, and making recommendations for heavy-duty parts and accessories. Your duties will include researching solutions for customers, utilizing computer software to manage inventory and track orders, communicating with suppliers and warehouse staff to resolve issues, and providing training to colleagues on new products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary range of $70,000-$85,000 based on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine customer needs and make recommendations for heavy-duty parts and accessories
  • Research solutions for customers
  • Utilize computer software to manage inventory and track orders
  • Communicate with suppliers and warehouse staff to resolve issues
  • Provide training to colleagues on new products and services

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the sale of heavy-duty automotive parts. You should have intermediate knowledge of Windows XP (Excel, Word, and Outlook), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
