Job Title: Intelligence Analyst

Cherokee Federal is seeking a skilled Intelligence Analyst to support Air Force-related network operations through comprehensive research, analysis, and intelligence briefing delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze intelligence to inform stakeholders about potential threats.
  • Develop Operational Preparation of Environment (OPE) products to support network operations.
  • Participate in and assist with the development of supported exercises to enhance network security.
  • Update daily and weekly operational and strategic staff meeting slides to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Interface with Task Management Tool (TMT) for task coordination and administrative duties.
  • Identify and analyze trends in cyber compromises and vulnerabilities through the correlation of classified and unclassified reporting.
  • Act as an alternate for additional intel analysis support duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of six years of experience supporting strategic and/or tactical intelligence support to cyber operations missions.
  • Certification on at least one current national or service cyber weapon system/platform.
  • Alternatively, an industry background in cyber operations or an IT/Computer Science degree is required.
  • Experience with ELICSAR or similar Big Data Platforms.
  • Proficient in OSINT research techniques and familiar with collection tools such as Recorded Future, Mandiant, and CrowdStrike.
  • General knowledge of software and hardware vulnerabilities, including Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs).
  • Ability to conduct vulnerability to threat correlation.
  • General computer security knowledge and awareness.
  • Understanding of threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with models representing the cyber-attack lifecycle.
