- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Minimum 5 Years of Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 5 years of customer service experience is required.
- Previous Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office is required.
