Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all safety standards and procedures.
  • Receive and stock merchandise in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure that shelves are clean, well-organized, and fully stocked.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Participate in inventory management and control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a retail or stockroom environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
