Program Coordinator

Help at Home is seeking a skilled and compassionate Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with disabilities to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Person-Centered Individual Support Plans (PCISPs) in collaboration with clients, family members, and team members.
  • Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure high-quality care and services.
  • Coordinate in-service trainings and provide direct support to ensure DSPs can complete all responsibilities related to client-directed support.
  • Collaborate with behaviorists to develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and train DSPs.
  • Ensure compliance with company and state regulations, including file auditing, maintenance, and coordination of client benefits.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with clients with developmental disabilities.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • A personal vehicle that is insured and meets state safety/licensure requirements.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Clean background checks and pass a drug test.
  • 24/7 availability for caseload-related crises.
  • Availability to be On-Call (rotating).
