Key Responsibilities

  • Provide multi-channel customer service support across various contact channels, ensuring customers are at the centre of your decision-making.
  • Utilize service-specific IT systems and scripting to gather information, resolve customer queries, and record accurate data.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team objectives, targets, and performance metrics.
  • Comply with Customer Service Centre's PCI data security standards and protocols.
