Position Summary:

This role involves providing pharmaceutical care services to patients, including managing medication orders and providing education to patients and medical staff.

Responsibilities of the Position

  • Reviews and interprets medication orders to identify and prevent potential or actual drug-related problems.
  • Provides medication information and education to patients and medical staff.
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy practices and technology.
  • Ensures accurate filling of medication orders by technicians.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Estimated Salary: $130,000 per year
