Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. A strong understanding of nursing principles, practices, and standards is essential for this role.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A current RN license in the State of Connecticut.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- BCLS certification or willingness to obtain within one month of hire.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Licenses and CertificationsCandidates must possess a current RN license in the State of Connecticut and BCLS certification or be willing to obtain within one month of hire.
Physical DemandsThis role requires prolonged standing, walking, and use of sight, hearing, and touch. May be exposed to infectious diseases and physical, mental, and emotional illness.
