Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Associate to provide exceptional support to our medical office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our unit/department, serving as the first point of contact for patients, family members, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the unit/department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, family members, and visitors, requiring excellent customer service skills.
  • Support the unit/department with excellent computer and clerical skills, including data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks.
  • Meet one of the following requirements: one year of experience in a medical environment, completion of higher education requirements, or transferable skills such as customer service or clerical experience.

Requirements:

  • High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
  • Medical Office Experience (Preferred)
