Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at NEXCOM Hospitality Group NHG. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff of Housekeeping Laundry Attendants and Housekeeping Leads, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Housekeeping Laundry Attendants and Housekeeping Leads to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping and laundry services.
  • Perform a range of housekeeping and laundry duties, including cleaning, laundry, and linen management, to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve housekeeping and laundry services, including training staff and monitoring performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and engineering, to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in housekeeping and laundry management, preferably in a hospitality or hotel environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, hotel management, or related field preferred.
