Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and support staff.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and teaming partners to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and teaming partners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, and 5 years of relevant experience, or
  • PhD in Engineering or a related field, and 4 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
  • American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification (depending on discipline).
  • Bentley InRoads and/or OpenRoads experience.
