  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on new policies, procedures, and technologies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred.
  • Per Diem As Needed.
