Skilled Nursing Homecare Professional

Maxim Healthcare Service is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and assume responsibility for the application of the nursing process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to consistently perform according to nursing standards.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state in which the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) practices.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior experience preferred.
