- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control practices and ensuring the client's home remains tidy and organized.
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client's condition to our team, facilitating timely interventions and adjustments to care plans as needed.
