Job Summary and QualificationsThe RN Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care through effective oversight of daily operations and staffing within the unit/department.
The Manager evaluates nursing care delivery in accordance with established protocols and holds the team accountable for achieving quality and clinical outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license.
