We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coord WEO to join our team at Belton Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our unit.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow and care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a positive and supportive work environment.
- Support the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
- Assist with staff scheduling and labor management to meet patient care needs.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 90 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required.
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 90 days of employment.
- Registered Nurse licensure required.
- Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses or Trauma Nursing Core Course certification required within 60 months of employment.
