Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Security Systems Technician to join our team at The Tri-M Group, LLC. As a key member of our commercial electrical services team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing security equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and timely service delivery.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on security equipment and systems, including inspections, adjustments, and calibrations.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues with security equipment and systems, making repairs and recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in an emergency on-call rotation to ensure prompt response to customer needs.
  • Provide technical support to sales representatives and assist with sales efforts as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience with software programming security systems.
  • 2 years of experience installing security systems.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
