Role Summary:

In the capacity of a Real Estate Operations Manager at LR Management, you will spearhead a team to optimize the performance of your assigned community across all facets of real estate operations and transactions. Your knowledge and proficiency will be vital in driving the success of the property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee team members and manage timekeeping submissions
  • Authorize overtime and vacation requests
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, team members, and service providers
  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure prompt rent collection
  • Conduct property inspections for cleanliness and safety compliance
  • Supervise unit turnovers and inspections
  • Create preventative maintenance schedules
  • Comply with fair housing regulations
  • Perform general administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications:
  • Must possess a collaborative mindset
  • At least 5 years of experience in multifamily housing
  • Prior experience in property management
