Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automobile Center Store Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will play a critical role in providing safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a Team Player: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and tasks, and mentor new technicians.
  • Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, and product specifications.
  • Be a Problem Solver: Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement.
  • Be an Owner: Communicate equipment and tool needs to the TBC Lead, track and monitor returns and special orders, and maintain accurate inventory and safety standards.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, develop and influence others to work in a respectful and team-oriented style.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid state-issued driver's license
  • To be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in the auto service industry or retail is a plus.
