Key Responsibilities
  • Provide member service by acknowledging their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and promoting our products and services.
  • Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking merchandise, setting up displays, and organizing product displays.
  • Receives and stocks merchandise in the Tire and Battery Center, and organizes and maintains the area by following company procedures.
  • Operates hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, processes member purchases, and assists in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Maintains and services members' automobiles by driving cars into and out of the bay area, identifying and notating damage to their vehicles prior to servicing, and performing additional automotive services as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid state-issued driver's license.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Auto service industry experience and retail experience are preferred.
