Palm Health Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pulmonology Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Houston, Texas.

This is a nonsurgical medical position within the Lung Transplant Team.

Our ideal candidate will have active NP or PA certification, minimum 2 years of experience in critical care or transplant settings, preferably with exposure to lung transplantation.

The successful candidate will receive competitive compensation (estimated $140,000 - $160,000 per year), fantastic benefits, PTO, company retirement plus match, CMEs, and direct training with physicians and PA manager.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide exceptional care to patients undergoing lung transplantation. The selected individual will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including transplant surgeons, pulmonologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure optimal patient outcomes throughout the entire transplantation process.

Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive pre-transplant evaluations, collaborating with the transplant team to determine patient eligibility for lung transplantation, assisting in the coordination and execution of the lung transplant process, and providing specialized nursing care to patients undergoing lung transplantation.

A strong candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
