Nurse RN Opportunity Night Shift

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to join our team at Wellington Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
About the JobThis is a full-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse RN to work night shifts at Wellington Regional Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for delivering high-quality nursing services.
Responsibilities- Provide safe and competent nursing care to patients in accordance with facility policies and standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients and identify potential health risks.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to address patient needs and promote optimal health outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Prefer one year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting.
- BLS, ACLS (current upon hire).
- NRP and/or required specialty training or course completion (or obtained within three months of employment) in required specialty.
- Fetal Monitoring class within the past two years.
- Current Florida nursing license.
- Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
