We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Wellington Regional Medical Center. As a RN, you will provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
About the RoleThis full-time opportunity offers 36 hours per week, full benefits, and a convenient night shift schedule. There is an opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested.
Responsibilities- Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
- Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
- Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Prefer one year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting.
- BLS (current upon hire).
- NRP and/or required specialty training or course completion (or obtained within six months of employment) in required specialty.
- Current Florida nursing license.
- Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
