Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team in Dover, DE. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing general radiography procedures and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare procedure rooms and patients for all studies, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate diagnostic imaging equipment, positioning patients and selecting appropriate equipment for procedures.
  • Monitor patient flow and ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Educate patients on procedures and answer questions, obtaining patient history and written consent.
  • Verify patient information and utilize patient safety screening/consent forms.
  • Perform procedures in accordance with established protocols, demonstrating competency on all general diagnostic imaging equipment.
  • Review images and ensure quality, reporting errors and maintaining imaging QA's.
  • Run pending work reports and track errors, maintaining adequate supplies and reporting par levels.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology.
  • Registered Technologist, Radiography Medical Radiologic Technologist, or other certification by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • New Graduate with a strong foundation in radiography procedures.
