CT Technologist

As a CT Technologist at HexaQuEST Health, Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients. We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our Diagnostic Imaging department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare procedure rooms and patients for all studies, ensuring proper disinfection and maintenance of equipment.
- Educate patients on procedures, answer questions, and obtain informed consent.
- Perform CT scans in accordance with established protocols, positioning patients and selecting appropriate equipment.
- Monitor patient comfort and safety during procedures, notifying radiologists of any issues.
- Assist radiologists as needed and maintain quality images for all completed procedures.
- Participate in quality assurance programs, tracking errors and maintaining competence with HIS, RIS, PHS, and PACS systems.
- Run daily pending work reports to ensure accurate charging and tracking of exams.
- Maintain adequate supplies and report any stock shortages to designated personnel.

Education:
Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology
Credentials:
DE RRT Cert, ARRT Registered Technologist
Experience:
1 year of Radiology experience or new grad with completion of accredited CT program
