Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lighting Project Manager to lead our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, lighting efficiency, and ESCO market expertise. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from pre-construction planning to closeout
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality, workmanship, and timely completion
  • Develop and implement energy-efficient lighting solutions
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of lighting efficiency and ESCO market
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
