Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Lighting Designer - Future Opportunities. Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Utilizing critical thinking and discretion in assessing specific project needs and communicating effectively to the project manager.
- Familiarizing oneself with the process for reviewing monthly fee drafts with project managers or associates.
- Applying authorized scope of work to tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Assisting in managing agendas, meeting minutes, and regular project status communications to build knowledge in these areas.
- Working independently on specific scopes of a project like calculations or documentation.
- Supporting the team to produce work efficiently and profitably.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or above in Lighting Design or a related field, with 2-4 years of experience. They should also possess certification in Lighting Design (e.g., LC) or a related certification. Additional requirements include participation in industry-related professional organizations locally, LEED BD+C certification, and IALD Associate level or above.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,400 to $74,800, based on cost of living, individual education, qualifications, and experience. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined by these factors. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending account, 401(k) plans, life and AD&D insurance, short/long-term disability plans, holidays, and paid time off.
