About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Helena Agri. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to customers
  • Manage sales contracts and forms to record sales information and collect receivables
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote products and build brand awareness
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the agriculture industry
  • Valid U.S. driver's license required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an outdoor setting and travel up to 25% of the time
