About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Helena Agri. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and expand existing customer relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the agricultural industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid U.S. driver's license required
