About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Helena Agri. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., agriculture, business, marketing).
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the agriculture industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel up to 25%.
