Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example to demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands, including reprographic services, shipping and receiving.
  • Ensure each team member provides the highest level of prompt and friendly customer service.
  • Capacity to handle a heavy volume of print production and tax processing.
  • Supervise the tax processing team, maintain quality control, and work schedule flexibility.
  • Availability for overtime, including weekends, during busy seasons to support important deadlines.
  • Provide backfill as needed.
  • Participate in cross-training.
  • Monitor and ensure well-maintained tidiness in office workstations, break areas, and other office space.
  • Maintain all logs and reporting documentation in a timely manner.
  • Ensure inventory of office supplies is up to date and replenished with adequate quantities in a timely manner.
  • Receiving package deliveries and preparing outgoing package shipments.
  • Receiving material shipments and re-stocking, ensuring the storage spaces are maintained.
  • Lifting heavy boxes, files, or paper when needed.
Requirements
  • Appropriate leadership skills and aptitude to lead others.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to details.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to run a variety of tasks while fostering teamwork.
  • Ability to learn various programs and applications.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
  • Ability to consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines and policies, and company safety standards.
  • Accountability to meet the employer's attendance policy.
  • Ability to take and follow directions.
  • Professional presence.
Compensation

The pay range for this position starts at $23/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
