Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Stokes-Hodges Ford. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about vehicle pricing, availability, and features.
  • Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with our sales team and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and reschedule as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of customer engagement through regular communication via phone, email, and text.
  • Work closely with the Internet Manager to follow up on hot leads and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
  • Prospect new customers through various channels and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
