**Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests for vehicle information
  • Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with our sales team in our showroom
  • Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed
  • Maintain a daily average of outgoing calls to previous day's showroom prospects and customers
  • Maintain a daily average of outgoing texts and emails
  • Collaborate with the Internet Manager to follow up on hot leads
  • Prospect from customer manifest lists
  • Maintain the integrity of customer records
  • Log all appointments in our customer relationship management system
  • Maintain daily appointment activity in a shared document with the Business Development Manager
  • Exercise excellent communication skills and protect the dealership's interests when interacting with customers

**Requirements:**

  • A motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
