Lead Software Designer for Advanced Space Systems

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Architect for Modeling and Simulation to join our team at The Aerospace Corporation. As a key member of our Modeling and Simulation Computing Department, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced software systems for government and commercial customers.
In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to leverage development and analysis across diverse projects and analysis types while suggesting ways to close capability gaps. You will engage with software end users and customers to refine capability requirements and mature technical expertise in the department through mentoring team members and directing workflow development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field
- 8 years of related and progressive experience

Estimated Salary:$151,300 - $226,900 annually.
