Job Summary

The Clinical Resource Nurse is a key member of the Covenant Health team, responsible for supporting the operations of the clinical support staff and related functions. This role requires a strong nursing background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports and promotes the mission and values of Covenant Health.
  • Participates in the interviewing, onboarding, and training of new clinical staff.
  • Assists with oversight of clinical competency completion and adherence.
  • Maintains clinical scheduling and timekeeping.
  • Acts as a practice point person in the absence of the Practice Operations Manager.
  • Evaluates and conducts performance appraisals for clinical support staff.
  • Represents the department in suggesting improvements for changes to enhance achievement of practice objectives.
  • Performs clinical duties of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse as required.
Requirements
  • Licensed in the State of New Hampshire as an RN or LPN.
  • BLS/CPR, AED Certification.
  • 3+ years of physician practice nursing experience preferred.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Working Conditions

The Clinical Resource Nurse must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with this position, which involves a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching. Occasional lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs. Some stress related to high-level responsibility for quality care.
