Responsibilities

We are actively recruiting for immediate positions in our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you will begin learning our operations from day one while working at one of our local branches. You will be the face of Enterprise to our customers and partners, as well as the operational expert behind the scenes. Through our structured program, you will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to eventually manage your own branch, develop new business, and lead your team.

In our hands-on training environment, you will receive the mentorship and support essential for your success. You will also engage with the community to build the relationships necessary for your business growth.

We will equip you with the skills to excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. You will learn the importance of prioritizing our customers. Our culture fosters friendly competition, which is vital for both our business growth and your personal success.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership is required.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required, and candidates must not need work authorization sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
