Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related field.Demonstrated experience in Generative AI, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Natural Language Processing.Over 12 years of relevant experience in delivering complex technology solutions with a strong technical foundation, preferably in a global organization.At least 2 years of experience in experimenting and developing with LLM.A minimum of 1 year of experience in deploying LLMs for production use cases.More than 8 years of experience leading enterprise-scale software engineering or platform engineering teams.A passionate expert in Modern Engineering and DevOps practices, with a strong grasp of CI/CD, AI/ML pipelines, and automation tools.
Essential Skills
In-depth knowledge and experience in Generative AI and LLM-based development.Proficient in building conversational agent-based user experiences.Extensive experience with key LLM model APIs (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI) and LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).Experience with multi-agent frameworks and an understanding of their applications in complex problem-solving scenarios.Expertise in developing enterprise-grade, secure data ingestion pipelines for unstructured data, including indexing, search, and advanced retrieval patterns.Proficient in generating and utilizing text embeddings with a solid understanding of embedding spaces and their applications in semantic search and information retrieval.Experience in building production knowledge graphs.Familiarity with RAG concepts and fundamentals, including VectorDBs and semantic search, with expertise in implementing RAG systems that integrate knowledge bases with Generative AI models.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, NodeJS, and ReactJS, along with associated GenAI libraries and frameworks.Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.Desirable Skills
