Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to lead our design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing design concepts, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring project delivery meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement design concepts and strategies for projects
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project needs and preferences
- Lead site visits and assessments to inform design decisions
- Prepare and present design proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure project delivery meets company standards and client expectations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements
- Registered Architect in the state of Texas or eligible for reciprocity
- 5-10 years of experience in community-based design
- High energy, confident, and goal-oriented individual
- Passion for creative design and innovation
- Ability to collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders
- Proficient in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word & Excel, Bluebeam, and Sketchup
