Key Responsibilities
  • Change Portfolio Management: Develop and implement change management strategies that align with the business objectives of each company in the portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and employees.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate the design and delivery of training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required for successful transformation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with process engineers and trainers to ensure alignment of training programs with overall change objectives, and facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams.

  • Qualifications: A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology.
