Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at El Centro Family Health. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to the people of Northern New Mexico.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and educating patients on various health topics.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories, symptoms, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Current and valid New Mexico Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical environment.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/Basic Life Support (BLS)/PALS certification desirable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
