Job Summary

The Validator is a key member of our quality assurance team, responsible for ensuring the safety, effectiveness, and optimization of our products, components, and processes. This role involves collecting and analyzing validation test data to determine compliance with specifications and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute validation tests to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements
  • Analyze test data to identify performance defects and other findings
  • Communicate results to engineering and quality assurance teams
  • Assist customers with product validation and usage
  • Maintain documentation of tests performed and results
  • Oversee EPROM control and maintain lists of validated releases
  • Prioritize projects based on input from senior management, engineering, and sales
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field, such as biochemistry, electrical or mechanical engineering, computer science, or medical technology
  • Experience in writing test plans, project plans, procedures, and project schedules
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing preferred
Working Conditions

This role requires:

  • Ability to stand and/or move while performing job duties
  • Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 15 pounds, occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds
  • Exemplary attendance and punctuality
  • Visual acuity requirements, including color, depth perception, and field of vision
