Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Technician (Aide) to join our South County Clinic team. This part-time position offers flexible hours and an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve clinic appearance by completing regular job duties, such as cleaning tables, equipment, and supplies.
  • Enhance patient experience through exceptional customer service and concierge-like interactions.
  • Assist with patient interaction and facilitate communication with supervising PTs.
  • Support front office staff with answering phones, greeting patients, and scheduling appointments.
  • Contribute to clinic upkeep by assisting with digital technology and EMR management.

Requirements
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Documented history of working with people in a service industry preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Initiative, reliability, and decision-making skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; some college experience in a related healthcare field preferred.
  • Prior experience in physical therapy settings is a plus.
  • CPR certification is desirable.
  • Ability to move frequently throughout the day, including standing, walking, stooping, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum
