Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Piping BIM Designer Detailer to join our BIM team in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have experience with BIM software, including Revit, Revizto, and AutoCAD, as well as strong collaboration and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create 3D plumbing fabrication models from design drawings
  • Detail systems for fabrication and installation in compliance with codes and industry standards
  • Support the field with robotic total stations and Trimble technology
  • Manage and review Navisworks projects
  • Collaborate with design teams, estimators, owners, and subcontractors
  • Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) reports and create isometric spool drawings
  • Provide construction support and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with BIM software
  • 1+ year of field experience with plumbing installation
  • Strong understanding of current plumbing codes (2009 and 2016)
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
