Job Overview

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Holder to join our team. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a team of associates, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a culture of customer obsession, ensuring that every customer interaction is personalized, engaging, and memorable.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with associates, managers, and customers to ensure seamless store operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and sales floors are well-organized.
  • Asset Protection: Implement and maintain effective asset protection strategies to prevent loss and protect company assets.
  • Policies and Procedures Adherence: Ensure that all associates are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • At Least One Year of Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Assertiveness: Confident and assertive communication style, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Applied Learning: Ability to apply learning to real-world situations, driving business results and improving store performance.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Adaptability / Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing tasks and adjusting to new situations.
  • Multi-Tasking: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
