Role Responsibilities:
This role requires an experienced Radar System Integration and Test engineer who will lead Integration and Test, checkout, and formal acceptance testing for various Ground Based and Multi-Mission Air Defense Radar programs. The engineer will provide significant technical contributions in the following areas:
- Development and documentation of Integration and Test plans and procedures
- Integration of system hardware and software components
- Evaluation of test results and investigation of discrepancies
- Technical assessment of anomalies and driving issues to resolution
- Requirements verification and validation, along with system sell-off
The selected candidate must demonstrate extensive subject matter expertise in radar systems integration and testing throughout all phases of the system lifecycle, along with a solid understanding of related fields such as hardware and/or software development.
Hands-On Support:
During formal acceptance testing, the engineer will provide direct engineering support, including troubleshooting and live target data analysis. There may be opportunities for domestic and/or international travel.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience
- Experience in Requirements Trace Verification Matrix development
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Proficiency in Integration and Test Plan and Procedure development
- System troubleshooting capabilities
- Data analysis skills
- Familiarity with MATLAB
- Experience in requirements verification
- Conducting test events
- Ability to interface with customers (internal & external)
Desired Skills:
- Experience in radar system design
- Proficiency in C++ and Linux and/or digital hardware
- Knowledge of test automation
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, especially when working with geographically diverse teams. A proven ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment is required.
Security Clearance:
This position necessitates a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. citizens for consideration.
Work Environment:
This role will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. We support various alternate work schedules that provide flexibility to our employees, including condensed workweeks.
Compensation:
The annual base salary range for this position varies based on location and experience. Lockheed Martin considers multiple factors when extending an offer, including the scope of responsibilities, candidate experience, and market conditions.
