Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to oversee all aspects of our quality system, ensuring compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality role, with a strong understanding of quality systems and technical competencies.
Responsibilities will include maintaining quality system documentation, leading internal audits, and ensuring calibrations and calibration systems are in compliance.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for scheduling external proficiency testing, distributing results, and initiating corrective actions as necessary.
Additionally, the Quality Engineer will lead corrective action efforts, maintain continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure information systems are accurately maintained.
Other responsibilities will include assisting with the scope of accreditation and associated uncertainties, as well as ensuring work areas are clean and orderly.
Education, experience, and competencies required include a high school diploma or equivalent, professional attitude and appearance, and outstanding character in the workplace.
Desired experience and competencies include 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing of a variety of mechanical components in a quality or manufacturing role, ISO 9000 knowledge and/or experience, and compilation of uncertainty studies.
